How long does it take to process my order?
Processing times vary depending on the item and level of customization. Please allow adequate time when placing personalized orders.

Yes! Pebbles Creations LLC specializes in custom and personalized creations. Please contact us with your ideas and order details.

When is payment due?
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Production will not begin until full payment has been received.

Will I see my design before you make my order?
Yes. A mockup will be provided for personalized designs when applicable. Mockups must be approved within 24 hours to avoid delays.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable. Please review names, dates, colors, sizes, spelling, and other details carefully before approving your design.

How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped through USPS generally take 7–14 business days. Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
