Shipping Policy

• Shipping Method: All items are shipped via USPS.
• Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive after payment is processed.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping.

Loss or Damage

• We take great care in packaging your items securely; however, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim with USPS.
• For lost items, please allow USPS the appropriate time to locate your package before contacting us for further assistance.
